The Paris Saint-Germain team bus is said to have abandoned Kylian Mbappe following their Champions League loss to Borussia Dortmund in Germany.
PSG struggled against Dortmund in the first leg of the semifinal match, and the German team prevailed thanks to a goal from Niclas Fullkrug in the first half. Mbappe and his colleagues were unhappy on the field as they were unable to overcome Dortmund’s strong defense despite the Parisians’ concentrated attempts in the second half.
After the game, Mbappe was left behind at Signal Iduna Park while his teammates departed for the airport. Le Parisien claims that the forward’s departure from the stadium was postponed because he showed up for a random drug test. But he subsequently met up with his teammates at the airport to make the trip back to Paris.
