Abeiku Santana awarded another Master’s degree by the University of Ghana Business School.

Gilbert Aggrey, often known as “Abeiku Santana,” just received a second Master’s degree in Marketing Strategy from the University of Ghana Business School.
Santana is a well-known, seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in a range of media, PR, and marketing fields, including relationship marketing, brand strategy, social marketing, strategic management, and marketing research.
Abeiku Santana maintained his trajectory of forming a deep interest in the hospitality sector and its dynamic nature while pursuing his studies at the UGBS.
He did a study that received a lot of attention on service quality and hotel performance after COVID-19.
His study aims to investigate how hotel performance is affected by service quality in the wake of the The COVID-19 pandemic is a significant problem for the hospitality sector.
Abeiku Santana has a master’s degree in marketing strategy from the University of Ghana Business School, as well as a postgraduate diploma in public administration from GIMPA and a master’s degree in tourism and hospitality management from the University of Cape Coast.

Due to his dual degrees in marketing and hospitality management, Santana has a distinctive perspective on the hospitality sector and is able to address problems from a broad perspective.
Santana was recently recognized by the University of Cape Coast for his contributions to spreading the word about the school on multiple platforms.
His effort to improving the hotel sector and his devotion to his career are both recognized by this award. Santana has a thorough awareness of the nuances of the hospitality sector, including operations management, service quality, and customer experience, thanks to his Master’s degree in hospitality management.
He is a thought leader in the field thanks to his degree and wealth of marketing and entrepreneurial expertise.
This accomplishment, together with his wealth of experience, has given him a special set of skills that make him an invaluable asset to the hospitality and marketing sectors.

Speaking on the sidelines of the graduation, the accomplished media professional was overjoyed about his most recent accomplishment and thanked everyone for helping to make the program a success. “I want to first of all thank the Almighty God for His blessing on my life, and secondly, my wife, who guided me through another educational journey, as well as family and friends.
“I am hopeful that this latest educational accolade will help advance my corporate contribution to Ghana as I aim to be one of the top global expert consultants in media, marketing, tourism, and hospitality,” he said.Abeiku Santana is undoubtedly the most honored media figure in Ghana with a career spanning more than two decades in the media industry.
In addition to being a member of the International Association of Travel and Tourism Professionals (SKAL), the Tour Operators Union of Ghana, and the Advertising Association of Ghana, he was inducted into the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) in 2008.

His honors include Male Celebrity Entrepreneur of the Year for the Young Entrepreneur Award and the 2021 Radio and Television Personality of the Year. He has also won the TV Male Entertainment Show of the Year (2018–2019, 2016) and Ghana Entertainment Awards USA Best TV Male Personality (2019).

Other awards given out include the Event Male MC of the Year, The Mfantseman Heroes Award (2015), M.I.C.E. Africa 2018, EMY Africa Special Recognition Award for Tourism Promotion and Marketing (2020, Kaya Tours), and Ghana National Tourism Awards, Tourism Media Personality of the Year 2021, presented by the Ghana Tourism Authority.
