In Black Panther, Daniel Kaluuya’s W’Kabi character looks to be waving goodbye because it appears that the actor won’t be returning for the highly anticipated sequel.
According to a Rotten Tomatoes exclusive, the actor reportedly acknowledged that his absence was due to scheduling conflicts with Jordan Peele’s upcoming film Nope.
Beginning in June 2021, both movies will be filmed.
On the other hand, Wakanda Forever experienced various problems and ended primary photography in March 2022.
In the first film, Kaluuya plays the leader of the Border Tribe warriors and Okoye’s (Danai Gurira) lover.
