Precious Fella Makafui, an actress and entrepreneur, is purportedly under custody, according to an iSpyGh statement.In cooperation with the Pharmacy Council of Ghana, the investigative documentary film company ISPYGH 247 made her arrest possible.On Wednesday, May 22, 2024, she was taken into custody for participating in illegal operations linked to the selling of pharmaceuticals that were not registered.
False advertising and the distribution of advertisements that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not allowed are also among her offenses.
Following a half-year monitoring of Fella’s social media posts on sites like Instagram and TikTok, lead investigator Akwasi Koranteng and his group of undercover journalists from ISPYGH 247 obtained proof of her illicit activity.
16 goods were seized during her arrest, including Breast Firming and Enlargement Cream, Butt and Hips Enlargement Oil, Butt and Hips Enlargement Syrup, Hip and Big Butt Tea, and Fertility Tea (Fibroid and Womb Tea).

Vagina Detox Pearls, Male Sexual Vitality Tea, Spice Herbal Infection Mixture, Yoni Wash Gel, Orgasmic Gel, Weight Gain Syrup, Spice Coded Powder, Tiger Herbal Mixture, and Sweet Drip Honey were among the other items seized from her Mempeasem store.
Investigators noted in a statement that Fella acknowledged selling a majority of medications that were not FDA-registered.
After that, she was given bail while an inquiry was conducted.
This cooperative effort seeks to maintain pharmaceutical care standards, ensure compliance with laws governing pharmaceuticals, and shield the public from dangerous and unapproved goods.
