According to rumors, well-known Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage paid an IT expert to take down her widely shared, leaked bedroom footage from everyone’s phones and the internet. Remember that the well-known Afrobeats artist said in October 2021 that her adult tape was being used as a form of blackmail?
In a New York interview with Power 105.1’s Angie Martins, Tiwa Savage disclosed that the sex tape had been made with someone she was seeing.
The ‘Kele Kele Love’ breakout star addressed the incident three years after the regrettable incident, saying that her primary worry at the time was that her son Jamil would watch the video.
Tiwa Savage claimed that as a result, she hired an IT expert to remove the video from the internet and mobile devices.
“My biggest fear about my sex tape leaking was that my son might one day see it,” she said. “But I got in touch with an IT expert who hacked the video from the internet and everyone’s mobile device. Right now, you can’t find it anywhere. Even if you had it stored on your phone.”
Her sex tape “broke the internet” shortly after the revelation, costing her multiple ambassadorial engagements and other opportunities.
