A Kia Rhino struck a 40-year-old Bimbilla Hospital nurse, resulting in his terrible death on Thursday morning.
It is said that the terrible tragedy happened while the deceased was coming home from his night work.
Witnesses stated that the Kia Rhino was forced to swerve due to a Benz bus traveling in the wrong way, which resulted in the deadly collision.
Abdulai Yaqoub, the chief executive of Nanumba North Municipality, verified the incidences to Citi News.
The drivers involved have been arrested and are being held by the police, while the police have moved the nurse’s body to the hospital morgue.
The Benz bus driver denied the occurrence in a contradictory statement, saying he had already left the site before the crash.
