Aisha Modi has once again taken everyone by surprise with her revelations.
This time, the socialite revealed that she backed the music career of Ghanaian musician Samini, one of Ghana’s best musicians, when she was just 14 years old.
Ayisha revealed that she was friends with performers like Samini even at such a young age. She used the money she made to assist Samini in his musical endeavors, such as paying for his time in the recording studio and other expenses. She used the money her mother provided her to support Samini and his music.
In an interview on OBI TV, Ayisha Modi said, “By the age of 14, I used to walk with musicians like Samini, and I used to sponsor Samini’s music career. I paid for their studio time anytime they had a studio session. Sometimes, when my mother sends me on an errand to the market, I use the money to sponsor Samini, then I will lie to her that the money got missing.”
Ayisha also stated that her acts were not only for Samini, but were also a chance for her to share her God-given ability with talented people who couldn’t afford to pursue their ambitions.
“It was not about Samini; this is a gift from God. I give to people who are talented and have brighter futures but are unable to fund their careers because no one knows what the future holds,” Ayisha Modi explained to the host.
She went on to say that while her mother wasn’t there, she took care of her family. She proudly stated that even at the age of 13, she had a substantial amount of money, approximately GHC20,000 (200 million in old currency).
