A few people working for Despite Media are not pleased with Nana McBrown’s transfer to Media General.
Nana Ama McBrown formally joined the Media General Team on Monday, March 14, when she was introduced as the host of the “Onua Maakye” morning show. She had previously hosted United Showbiz on UTV for almost two years.
Some of her former coworkers at despite Media have publicly voiced their disapproval with her decision to move, which has not gone over well.
McBrown’s television preparation was handled by Despite Media, claims Okay FM employee Abena Moet.

In a video, Abena Moet said, “We trained her to become a better presenter.
Ola Michael, another worker at Okay FM, has criticized McBrown for being unfaithful and ungrateful for quitting her “family” despite all the sacrifices made for her by her former employers.
