Christians who rely only on spiritual fathers are slackers, according to Yvonne Nelson.

People who rely on their spiritual fathers for intercession rather than seeking God directly, according to actress Yvonne Nelson, are lazy.

According to her, many Christians have placed their trust in anyone who is on the pulpit, whether or whether the person has been truly called by God.
She stated that praying as a person is necessary.

“You may pray and read the word; no need to rely only on spiritual fathers to intercede on your behalf,” she remarked on Kingdom FM.
People pay pastors to pray for them, which I think is a waste of money since you can do all of those things as a child of God

According to Yvonne, the church is increasingly becoming a commercial enterprise rather than the House of God or a place of worship.

Despite this, Yvonne does not question the essence of religion, believing that God still speaks to and reveals secret aspects about his people.

She made the remarks when asked if she believes in prophecies.

“I believe in dreams rather than prophecies.
If God wants to disclose something about me, he can do it through my dreams or through the dreams of others close to me.
I don’t need a pastor to tell me that God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit exist.”

Yvonne Nelson urged Christians to pray for the spirit of discernment in order to distinguish between authenticity and deception.
