Nana Agradaa was charged with disseminating naked images of a Prophet.

Patricia Asiedua, better known as Nana Agradaa, the founder of the Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, has been charged with spreading nude images of a Prophet.

Nana Agradaa was accused with violating Section 67(1) of the Cybersecurity Act by disseminating intimate images without consent (Act 1038).

On Wednesday, February 8, 2023, she pleaded not guilty to the charge before Circuit Court 10 presided over by Her Honour Mrs Evelyn Asamoah.

Four additional people, including Enock Owusu Kissi, 33, Charles Omane aka One Gig, 39, Emmanuel Kofi Gyasi, 47, and one Andy who is still at large, were charged with aiding and abetting a crime, specifically non-consensual distribution of intimate images.

Kissi (2nd Accused) and Omane (3rd Accused) both pled not guilty in court, while Emmanuel Kofi Gyasi (4th Accused) was absent.
The fifth accused, identified as Andy (5th Accused), is still at large.

According to the Complaint, Emmanuel Appiah Fomum, sometime in 2020 Patricia Asieduwaa, the owner of a TV station named ‘Thunder TV,’ aired a program on her TV station and purposefully revealed naked images of the complainant on live television. He went on to say that Nana Agradaa made fun of him, with all of the other accused people who were panelists on the show supporting her to stay on track.

He said that the abovementioned program was also streamed live on YouTube and Facebook, where a witness witnessed it and alerted the complainant.

They were granted bail in the amount of GHc100,000.00 with three sureties apiece and are scheduled to appear in court on March 8, 2023.
