A series of round table discussions and online coaching sessions were used to accomplish this.
in order to comprehend their needs, student entrepreneurs were interviewed.

The second stage of the initiative, which culminated on Wednesday at the University of Ghana campus, started with an official launch. Over 100 students were hired for 28 entrepreneurial teams, who were then coached and supervised for a period of two and a half months.
Cartago, Agrimecarb, Fihankra Comtech LLC, Feathery Care, Stefarms, and Mam Ne Fo were the other five finalists.
Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana, who was competing in the finals, expressed hope that incubators and similar events will aid in the reduction of graduate unemployment.
She expressed her admiration for the six finalists and requested additional assistance from the commercial sector to help the children develop the necessary skills to sustain themselves after school. In an effort to solve the severe graduate problem of unemployment, the University of Ghana established an innovation center in partnership with the private sector.
The center is what students may look forward to in the future, according to the pro-vice chancellor of the university Prof. Felix Ankomah Asante.
The entire project’s finance is coming from Ernest Appiah of Ghana’s AMG Fertilizer, a free zones company.
Without the partnership with Agricultural Manufacturing Ghana, according to Prof. Asante, it would have been just another document sitting on the university’s desks. He believes that it might serve as a model for other universities.

The event’s keynote speaker, Mr. Ernest A. Appiah, the company’s chief executive officer, and a well-known angel investor and philanthropist, cited his personal struggles as one of the many reasons why his company, AMG, provided millions of Ghana cedis to support the creation of the University of Ghana Business School Innovation and Incubation Hub.
He then provided each of the six finalists with Ghc20,000 startup cash after engaging them.
He warned the young businesspeople not to follow the norm out of fear, intimidation, or a lack of resources.
All the other students who participated in the IAU Connecting Accra Project competition could count on Mr. Appiah’s assistance in registering their businesses and being in compliance. In addition, Mr. Ernest A.
