Ghana National Gas Company (Ghana Gas) has stated that its Processing Plant and Offshore Gas Export Facilities will be shut down for maintenance beginning Thursday, August 1.
The exercise, which is set to end on Saturday, August 17, aims to improve the plant’s operational efficiency and maintain a consistent gas supply.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, July 31, Ghana Gas announced that during the operation, lean gas from the Sankofa-OCTP field will be available for delivery at Takoradi distribution stations.
The company has apologised for any inconvenience caused by the exercise and assured the public that there will be a enough power supply.
