The GA Mantse, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, has stated that the Greater Accra Region will play a significant role in determining the outcome of Ghana’s 2024 elections.
The King of Accra made this daring statement when Nana Kwame Bediako, the leader of the New Force Movement, paid him a courtesy call to seek his permission and approval before touring the Greater Accra region.
King Tackie Teiko Tsuru the II urged a peaceful procedure for the 2024 election, describing it as the most important in the history of the 4th Republic.
“This year’s election, Accra will decide, Accra will decide and I want to say that it is the most important election in the whole of the 4th Republic but we need to understand that we are Ghanaians and we need to understand that we must restrain ourselves from being used to hurt each other.
The Ga Mantse also advocated for calm and polite campaigning, emphasizing the value of unity and collaboration among all political groups.
He encouraged folks to fully participate in the electoral process so that their views are heard and their votes are counted.
Nana Kwame Bediako, the leader of the New Force Movement, assured the Ga Mantse that his campaign would promote peace and harmony.
