Sika Official, a social media blogger, has formally responded to recent charges regarding his claimed stabbing.
In a statement issued by his management on Friday, May 3, SikaOfficial provided specifics of the incident and attempted to clear the air on Quables’ involvement.
“Quables did not personally attack me. However, he admitted to the police that his encounter with my friend triggered the fracas. He also made it known that he didn’t instruct anyone to attack me; accordingly, he apologized,” the statement was read in part.
The incident happened about 2 a.m. on May 2, when Quables questioned one of SikaOfficial’s friends, Eli, about statements he posted online.
As tensions grew during Quables’ departure, SikaOfficial claimed he was shoved and attacked, resulting in a brawl in which one person, Curtis, pulled out a knife, according to the statement.
“Curtis admitted to pulling out a sharp object to pursue me. He also admitted to hopping on a bike to chase the car I was in, and hitting it with the sharp object that he also tried using to deflate the car tyre,” r
During the confrontation, SikaOfficial received a long cut on his rib and was taken to a neighboring hospital.
Both sides have since agreed to resolve the dispute amicably, with Quables apologizing for his involvement in starting the fight.
