Ghanaian actor John Bredu Peasah, better known as “Drogba” from the YOLO series, has announced his fight with Demyelinating Disease and is requesting financial aid for his continued treatment.
Drogba announced on his official Instagram page that he has been diagnosed with Demyelinating Disease and has been receiving therapy for the past two and a half years.

A demyelinating disease is any ailment that damages the protective covering (myelin sheath) that covers nerve fibers in the brain, optic nerves, and spinal cord. When the myelin sheath is destroyed, nerve impulses slow or cease, resulting in neurological disorders.
Drogba, also known as Blah Charles in the popular YOLO series, takes the part of a ‘lover boy’ who will go to any length to acquire any lady he wants.
YOLO is a Ghanaian teen television series that premiered in 2016. The series is a continuation of the Ghanaian television series Things We Do for Love. It guides and directs youth on the issues they confront during their adolescent years.
