Bringing in top Nollywood stars for his latest film, Kumawood actor and film producer Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has elevated the Ghanaian film industry significantly.
Starring in the film “A Country Called Ghana” are Charles Dawurum, Ramsey Nouah, and many more.Earlier today, he picked them up from Kotoka International Airport. Lilwin disproved everyone’s concerns about how he would communicate with his Nigerian coworkers due to his limited command of the English language.
Lilwin was seen conversing fluently in English with Ramsey Nouah and his colleagues in a video that was posted on his Instagram page.
Lilwin mentioned that he enrolled in an English speaking course in order to effectively communicate with his coworkers.
Many have praised him for going above and beyond to demonstrate that the Kumawood industry is still strong, despite what many had previously believed.
This follows the actor’s altercation with Martha Ankomah, an actress from Ghana.
In a widely shared video, Lilwin fired Martha Ankomah for refusing to appear in a film in order to safeguard her reputation.
He claims that Martha Ankomah declined to appear in the film on the grounds that it was illogical.
Lilwin, who was furious, took to social media to disparage her and damage her reputation.
Lilwin has since been sued by Martha Ankomah for defamation.
