According to the autopsy report of Bennet Agyekum-Adoma, the late CEO of Kikibees, his death was caused by heavy alcohol intoxication and a violent fall.
According to AngelFM, the letter was filed in court by the defendant’s lawyer in order to prove the grounds on which his client should be given release.
It should be noted that the police prosecution’s findings, which were submitted in court over a month ago, said that while the late Bennet Agyekum (Kikibees CEO) was in his lover’s house the night he died, assertions that she stabbed or shot him were false.
According to the allegations, Ben consumed some substances prior to seeing his girlfriend, causing him to become hyperactive, which led in an incident when he arrived at her house.
This news elicited a strong reaction from the family and other sympathizers, who questioned the sources of the stories and labeled it a “foul play.”
However, in the most recent development, Angel FM’s court correspondent, Ama Brako Ampofo, stated during the hearings,“Initially, the police stated in court that he was hallucinating. Now the autopsy is out and has been filed by the lawyer. It has given a hint about the findings in court. Documents from the autopsy prove that he had excessive alcohol and experienced a severe fall.”
Meanwhile, Mam Yandey Joof, the key suspect believed to be the late Kikibees CEO’s girlfriend, has been granted bail.
On Sunday, October 9, the owner of a renowned bar and restaurant in East Legon, Kikibees, Bennet Adomah Agyekum, was discovered dead at a residence in Madina in the Greater Accra Region.
According to reports, this happened shortly after Bennet left his restaurant earlier that night.
According to the police, the businessman was brought to the hospital for medical treatment but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
