Mr. Logic, a talent manager and entertainment expert, has lambasted the youngsters and participants in the three-day event.
He said that, given the state of the economy and the hardships encountered by Ghanaians, the youth should embrace the country’s tranquility rather than engage in what he calls dumb behavior.
It should be remembered that the young of Ghana flooded the streets of Accra from Thursday, September 21 to Saturday, September 23 as part of a three-day organized demonstration to express their discontent.
The demonstration, organized by the pressure organization Democracy Hub, sought to draw attention to the government’s alleged mishandling of the economy and the ensuing hardships encountered by Ghanaians.
However, the nonviolent demonstration resulted in considerable hardships for many participants.
During a debate on UTV Showbiz Night, Mr. Logic counseled the young to cherish the country’s tranquility until the 2024 elections and to avoid behaviors he considered dumb.
“I want to caution the youth of Ghana, value the peace you have until 2024, and stop being stupid. You haven’t seen violence before.”
His comments, however, drew a variety of responses from other studio participants.
