Medikal, has revealed that the opulent lifestyle he depicts on social media is nothing more than a show of wealth.
The opulent picture he displays on social media, he claims, is all a ruse to build his brand.
During a live Twitter space conversation with Cookie Tee, the “Too Risky” hitmaker was questioned about the money he normally claims to have, as well as the vehicles and residences he displays on social media. He remarked that all of them are publicity stunts and should not be taken seriously.
He noted that he has never claimed ownership of any objects exhibited on social media that he does not truly own, citing prominent Hollywood blockbusters. He confessed that his admirers are also aware of this.
“It’s all props, it’s like the Rambo movie, you see him with guns, shooting and killing, but in real life, he’s in The Bahamas chilling, that’s how it is. So what you see on social media is an illusion. It’s just my brand. I don’t have anything. My fans know that whatever I don’t own, I won’t claim as my own. I’m not rich, I’m trying to survive, I’m a hustler just like everyone else,” he disclosed.
Medikal is one of Ghana’s most famous artists, having hit recordings and luxurious houses to his name.
The “La Hustle” singer is notorious for flaunting his expensive cars, fancy attire, and contemporary footwear.
Medikal convinces people online that every aspect of his life is clean and wonderful.
