According to Ghanaian pop singer Mzbel, she misses the former president John Dramani Mahama, whom she adoringly refers to as “daddy.”
Mzbel said that she no longer has the former president’s phone number in an interview she recently gave to 3FM, despite the fact that she still wishes they could talk as they used to.
The singer of “16 Years” acknowledged that she misses John Mahama but hasn’t sought to get in touch with him because she thinks he would give her his number if he wanted her to have it and she doesn’t want to look for it.
“It’s been a while. I miss him; I miss my daddy. I don’t have his number and I guess he has changed his old number”.
“Because if he wants me to have his number, he will let me have his number, I don’t have to chase for it”
When questioned about why she hasn’t attempted getting his number from others, she exclaimed.
The 43-year-old singer admitted that things that happened three years ago broke their relationship.
Remember how Mzbel and Tracey Boakye, a former acquaintance, got into a furious altercation a few years ago?
The two ladies used social media to taunt one another and spill various secrets, including the fact that former president John Mahama was their sugar daddy and went by the moniker “Papa No.”
After a particularly heated exchange with Tracey Boakye, Mzbel swore to show that former president John Dramani Mahama is in fact the Papa No.
