Adomaa, a multi-talented singer and actor, has revealed that she was formerly in an abusive relationship.
This emotional incident in her life was recounted by the actress while chatting about faith and her Christian background on the “If More Let’s Divide” podcast hosted by Mutombo Da Poet and Frederick Eliz.
Despite growing up in a home with a Pastor father, Adomaa admitted to having doubts about her faith.
After growing up in a religious family, the singer turned actress admitted that she began to doubt her faith because it had become more of a habit. “church household.”
Adomaa however, shared that she regained her faith after going through some experiences which later led her to believe in God again.
Recollecting some of those experiences, she said;
“There was a lot going on. I was battling depression, I was in an abusive relationship at a point.”
The award-winning singer revealed that these almost traumatic experiences led her to suicide, but she experienced God in that moment, and she regained her faith
