In an interview, actress Rosemond Alade Brown, also known as Akupem Poloo, expressed regret for her socially incorrect lifestyle to young people, especially her followers.
Speaking on Joy TV’s Prime Morning on Friday, Akuapem Poloo asked her admirers, who look up to her, for forgiveness for her socially dishonest lifestyle, which may have had a bad affect on them.
She attributed her acts to naivete, ignorance, and immaturity.
The actress and internet sensation is infamous for posting twerking videos and creating false social media personas.
The actress, who just turned 34, urged her followers and other young people to accept her forgiveness and change their ways, just as she has.
She has altered her behavior, though, after recognizing how detrimental such a way of life could be to young people, particularly those who look up to her as a role model.
The actress also stated that not all stuff on social media is authentic, therefore young people should be very cautious about the internet content they consume and should not feel pressured by what they see.
Akuapem Poloo recently switched from following Christianity to following Islam, where she discovered a new family of believers.
