Eno Barony has criticized Charterhouse, the organization behind the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, for excluding her from this year’s honor.
Eno criticized the award programs for failing to recognize her despite her dedication and the quality of the music she produced during the year under evaluation.
She should have been nominated in four categories, the rapper claimed: Best Hip-Hop Songs, Best Rap Performance, Best Collaboration, and Hiplife/Hiphop Artiste of the Year.
“I know you are also wondering why this song did not get any nominations. Hmmm #OnlyJah,” She captioned a portion of the DeeWills-starring “Don’t Judgment Me” music video.
She claimed that the song “The Final Line,” on which she collaborated with Amerado in 2022, was a masterpiece.
“#24thVGMA My songs: -DONT JUDGE ME ft @Deewillslive -THE FINISH LINE ft. @Amerado_Burner is one of the -Best HipHop songs -Best Rap Performance -Best collaboration And I am one of the best -Hiplife/Hiphop artist Of the year under review #ONLYJAH,” On March 20, she tweeted.
For the 24th VGMA Best Rap Performance, Medikal with “Scarface,” Strongman with “Goated,” Amerado with “Obiaa Boa,” Lyrical Joe with “5th August 6,” and Teephlow with “6 Foot” are the candidates.
