Media personality from Ghana, Kwami Sefa Kayi has refuted recent statements by Rockhill Chapel head Reverend Sonnie Badu that pork intake is harmful.
If it is true that eating pork causes a person to be demonically possessed, he believes he would be the warehouse of devils.
“On the reverse it has been stated that Sonnie Badu claims individuals who consume pork will have devils attacking them at midnight.
I’m not sure if he truly stated it.
Wherever you are, Sonnie Badu, it has been stated that you claim demons would possess those of us who consume pork. If that’s the case, I must be full of it,” he laughed on Wednesday, February 23, 2023.
Sonnie Badu, a well-known gospel musician, has recently made headlines for his outspoken opposition to pork consumption.
Pork, he claims, is an unclean food that exposes one to demonic attacks and possession.
“When the devil wants to get through to you, they must first test your spiritual appetite. The number one way through which witches invade bodies is food. Also, the bible declares that some animals are unclean. What do you think an unclean animal is? In order words, when that unclean animal is found in you spiritually, it gives the witch quick access to jump in.
“Anything that has pork, pork is unclean! Even when you go to the Chinese restaurant and they ask for your order and you say pork, they keep asking you just to be sure, because they are aware of the kind of animal you are requesting to have,” he stressed.
“Whenever the demons realize that you have eaten something unclean, your spirit naturally gets suppressed,” he stated, referring to how demons normally act on victims who consume unclean foods.

He has attempted to couch his case in biblical teachings; however, some of his detractors argue that Jesus, according to the New Testament, sanctified all things, including pig for human use.
