The nomination period for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential and legislative elections has begun.

The two-day activity will mark the final leg of the party’s internal elections to elect presidential and parliamentary candidates for the NDC on May 13, 2023, to run on the party’s ticket in the 2024 general election.

Prospective legislative candidates would pick nomination forms for GH5000, while presidential hopefuls would pick nomination forms directly from the party’s General Secretary’s office for GH30,000 via banker’s draft.
Female candidates and those with physical limitations, on the other hand, would be forced to pay only half of the fee.
