With his latest act during the Super Bowl, the greatest rapper alive is figuratively carrying Ghana on his back.
Jay Z wore a hoodie with a list of nations, including Ghana, printed behind it as he arrived to the Fanatics Super Bowl party in Arizona.
Australia, Germany, Canada, Mexico, China, Japan, and the United Kingdom are also listed on the hoodie.
It’s unclear what the rapper is trying to say with his top, but the fact that Ghana is mentioned there is unexpected given how frequently Jay Z has been linked to Ghana lately. According to Dave Chapelle, Jay Z has investments in Ghana.
The rapper informed him that he purchased a property in Ghana, according to the American comedian who was speaking at an event called “A chat with Chance and a special guest” at the University of Ghana on January 5.
In a report from the occasion, Ghanaian entertainment journalist Olele Salvador tweeted that “two huge discoveries made at the session with Dave Chapelle:
According to Dave Chapelle, multiple Grammy Award-winning hip-hop artist Jay Z has property in Ghana.
Jay Z “showed him images of the properties when he hit him up to come to Ghana with him,” he continued.
Therefore, it doesn’t make sense for the Roc Nation CEO to be wearing a hoodie with Ghana on it. Therefore, it is not surprising to see the head of Roc Nation sporting a hoodie with a picture of Ghana on it.
This further demonstrates that Jay Z, who visited Ghana a number of years ago, still keeps the nation’s best interests in mind.
