According to a video that was uploaded to the GhOne TV Instagram page, well-known social media personality and self-described preacher Nana Agradaa and her group have been in an accident.
In the footage, Nana Agradaa can be seen approaching her SUV wreckage, which is hidden by shrubs at the side of the road.
She was just charged with violating Section 67(1) of the Cybersecurity Act by sharing a private image without permission (Act 1038).
On Wednesday, February 8, 2023, she entered a not guilty plea to the accusation before Her Honor Mrs. Evelyn Asamoah, the Chief Magistrate of Circuit Court 10.
Enock Owusu Kissi, 33, Charles Omane, 39, Emmanuel Kofi Gyasi, 47, and an unidentified male named Andy, who is still at large, were the other four people accused of aiding and abetting a crime involving the non-consensual transmission of an intimate image.
All four defendants—Kissi, the second-ranking accuser, Omane, and Emmanuel Kofi Gyasi, the fourth—appeared in court and entered not-guilty pleas.
The fifth suspect, Andy, who was charged as the fifth defendant, is still at large. All of them received bail in the amount of GHC 100,000 with three sureties.
