Stonebwoy, a Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall star, has spoken out about Meek Mill filming at the Jubilee House for a music video that recently went viral.
Three weeks ago, the rapper teased his Instagram followers with a video of him exploring the Jubilee House and rapping to new song lyrics while in Ghana.
The video rapidly went viral on social media, inciting outrage among Ghanaians who voiced displeasure with the Presidency for allowing Meek Mill to film at the Jubilee House.

Following the outpouring of criticism, Meek Mill removed the music video from his social media platforms and apologized on Twitter.
In response to the controversy surrounding his appearance on the Breakfast Club in the United States, Stonebwoy declared that Meek Mill was not at fault and did not plan to create any harm by filming at the Jubilee House.

The security personnel and procedure at the Jubilee House, according to Stonebwoy, are to blame for failing to inform Meek Mill of the restrictions prohibiting filming in the Jubilee House. “Truth be told, I couldn’t be able to come to the US and go to the White House and do whatever I want to do except there was a certain amount of leeway that I could do. I don’t think it was a big deal but the internet went crazy and he did the best thing he had to do and for me, I think it was the job of the security personnel and the protocol to make sure they made him aware that we don’t film over here, we don’t do this. He’s excited, he doesn’t know the laws I believe. He only tried to get the best of his trip and coming out to apologise just shows you his true intentions. He wasn’t in the know to go throw dirt on such a place,” Stonebwoy explained.
