Sarkodie, a BET award-winning rapper, has replied to Shatta Wale’s reaction to his appearance on “Stir It Up,” a Bob Marley and The Wailers song.
When the partnership was announced, Shatta Wale claimed in an interview on Luv FM that it was nothing remarkable.
He also dismissed the importance of Sarkodie appearing on a Bob Marley classic.
It shouldn’t be a problem, in my opinion.
As we’ve heard, Sarkodie has featured Bob Marley; it’s really wonderful; at least we have someone who has featured a ghost; we should applaud him,” Shatta remarked in the interview.
Sarkodie reacted to a fan’s question on Shatta’s statements on Twitter Space, saying that he believes everyone in the entertainment sector is pleased with the achievement.
“I haven’t checked social media much, but I believe everyone is pleased with what has happened, until I’m proven wrong,” Sark said.
