Kofi Kinaata, a highlife performer, has pledged to release his much-anticipated Extended Play (EP) early next year.The musician, who was meant to release the project this year, stated that while the tracks were ready, unforeseen circumstances thwarted his intentions; however, he apologized to his followers for not keeping his promise.
He claims that all procedures have been taken to ensure that the EP falls in the first quarter of 2023.
“I was supposed to release an EP that I promised my fans but from the look of things, the songs were ready but with the unveiling and certain things that were involved time was not on our side.
“So now I am promising them [my fans] that early next year the EP will come,” Kofi Kinaata promised the hosted on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz.
Meanwhile, Kofi Kinaata has issued a disclaimer regarding subscribing to goods and services solely because one sees him in a photograph at a specific location or with a specific person.
He added that when he endorses a business or product, he does it directly and frequently on social media.The Takoradi-born Highlife singer used the occasion to caution fans not to fall prey to spiritual leaders who may use his images with them to persuade them to patronize their services.
“If you want to go to the shrine or wherever, please feel free,” he lifted his hands for emphasis. “Just don’t use me as an excuse or inspiration to make that choice.”
He also stated that he may be seen in a photograph with a fan who is gently selling, “Consider a beverage.
Don’t think I’m recommending it.
I might not have had it previously.
Don’t go out and buy that.
