Gyakie, the songbird, ignited La Palm Beach yesterday with her event, “Party Live with Gyakie.”

The legendary hitmaker, who just so happened to turn 40 yesterday, gave her fans incredible live performances of her back-to-back blockbusters.
As additional top-tier music artists joined the songbird on stage, La Palm was packed with enthusiastic fans who were having a great time. Gyakie took fans back to some wonderful classic tunes while Samini, the vibe king, brought on his electric show.
When Bisa Kdei, Sista Afia, DWPAcademy, Asakaa Boys, Mr. Drew, King Promise, and Mugeez performed, the party erupted into light.
In her performance as part of her birth celebration, Gyakie sliced cake on stage in honor of her development, the love and support from her fans, and of course, celebrating another age-free year.
The musician is headlining her event in Accra for the second time, and what a way to kick off the Christmas season!

The Afro-Fusion artist delighted fans at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel for a night of amazing live music from the songstress and many guest artists, including a first-time memorable performance with her dad, Ghanaian Highlife legend, Nana Acheampong, on the show, “Live Experience with Gyakie.” This event in December of last year marked her “arrival,” and she had several artists, including Efya, on the show.
Gyakie has put a lot of effort into staying current with songs like Forever, Something, Flames, and Need Me since making her debut in the music world in 2019 with Love is Pretty.
The alumnus of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), who boasts of numerous important prizes including Best West African Artiste at Nigeria’s Headies Awards in September, has undoubtedly had a fantastic year.
She won the prize ahead of artists like five-time Grammy Award winner Angelique Kidjo from Benin, KiDi and Amaarae from Ghana, Aya Nakamura from Mali, and Nelson Freita from Cape Verde.
When she became the first Ghanaian artist to appear on Apple Music’s Home Session series on the music store last month, she added another achievement to her resume.
Her inclusion on the list of YouTube Black Voices Fund Music Class 2023 was another triumph for Ghana.
