On Friday, November 18, 2022, Ghanaian new phenomenon Mohammed Ismail Sharif, also known as Black Sherif, performed a sold-out concert in London.
The show marks Blacko’s debut headline performance in London at KOKO.
Patrons were tremendously locked up all over the place and filled with so much excitement during the concert that the 2021 VGMA ‘New Artist of the Year’ surprised fans by bringing on Nigeria’s wavy king, Burna Boy.
After Black Sherif’s major success in the music arena with his hit tune “Second Sermon,” the two musicians have recently formed a friendship and become close pals.
Following the song’s great popularity and number, Burna Boy decided to bless Blacko by hopping on the remix a few months later; the song presently has over 10 million views and counting on YouTube.
This performance by Black Sherif and Burna Boy is not the first, nor will it be the last, because the “final last” global hitmaker has never hidden his love, support, and mad respect for the fast-rising musician with origins in Konongo Zongo, Ashanti.
