Andrea Owusu, popularly known as Efia Odo, a Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur, has criticized President Akufo Addo for his poor leadership and the country’s economic problems.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo recently announced on social media that the Sorbonne University in France had awarded him an honorary doctorate. According to rumors, the President received an honorary doctorate from the university along with Nelson Mandela, Kofi Annan, and Amartya Sen.
The president of Ghana is fiercely opposed by Efia Odo, who has publicly expressed her anger with him for mismanaging the country’s economy and putting Ghanaians through hardship and hardships at home.
Akufo Addo, the leader of the NPP, was blasted by Efia Odo on social media for not fixing the country and enjoying the suffering of Ghanaians.
She asked Nana Addo to fix the country.
Efia Odo followed by calling Akufo Addo the worst president Ghana has ever seen as she brought him before God for judgment.
She tweeted: “#FixTheCountry @NAkufoAddo you’re incompetent and cold-hearted. God will judge you accordingly.”
with few celebrities who protested in the streets in 2021 over the nation’s economic predicament, Efia Odo was one of the few well-known individuals who started the #FixTheCountry movement.
Her post came in response to cries from numerous Ghanaians regarding the nation’s problems.
