Ghanaian dancehall performer Emmanuel A. Samini was sworn in as the SRC President of The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) for the years 2022–2023 on August 23, 2022.
Samini and his elected executives were given a formal mandate to run the SRC’s operations on August 23, 2022, at the swearing-in ceremony held at the GIMPA Executive Conference Center. Samini was declared the winner of the presidency seat of the Student Representative Council in GIMPA on June 22, 2022.
During his inaugural speech as president, Samini vowed to the student body of the school to be a trustworthy and accountable leader.
He committed to using his contacts to provide resources and opportunity to help GIMPA students hone their abilitiesThe occasion was attended by the Deputy Rector of GIMPA, Prof. Martin Tuuli, as well as the Managing Director of FNB Ghana and the Directors of Public and Corporate Affairs of GIMPA.Additionally present were the Samini management team, George Quaye, Samuel Anim Addo, Hon. George Andah, and Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, the Honorable Mark Okraku Mantey.
