Enoch Darko, a Ghanaian actor who resides in Nigeria, has spoken about how pursuing his passion almost cost him his life.
The Ghanaian actor, who is now in Ghana on a media tour, has described how he was poisoned on the shoot.
Enoch said that the event took place when he was only getting started in the film Industry.
In a story by adomnews.com, Enoch described what transpired, claiming that an actor in a film they were filming temporarily halted his job in order to seek greater pay. However, ignorant as he was, he subsequently took the same position for an even lesser fee.
According to the report, the incident happened in Ghana while the young actor was filming scenes for the “high school series.”
Enoch claimed he got sick while filming and had to be taken home immediately.
He described the incident and claimed that the pain prevented him from going back to the set for the remaining shots.
He claimed that his guardian, who had driven him to the hospital, had verified his claims, which is how he was able to confirm that it was a case of food poisoning. Enoch Darko began his professional life when he was young.
He made a comedy appearance on TV3’s Talented Kidz show, which propelled him to fame on the reality program.
