As indicated by graphic.com.gh, the fine was given to Shatta Wale today after he changed his request from not guilty to guilty. “Inability to pay the fine will bring about Shatta Wale serving a term of 90 days in jail,” the site added. The Ghanaian dancehall artiste has been showing up in court since his capture in October 2021.
Shatta Wale and three others were captured subsequent to faking reports that he has been shot and hurried to a crisis ward. Nonetheless, the police followed the reports and understood the dancehall act was never confessed to any clinic in Accra. Afterward, Shatta claimed he faked the shooting occurrence to cause to notice a destructive prophesy.
